The front desk staff was very cute! I received a free upgrade to a suite with a little balcony. The breakfast changed daily and was fresh. Free tea and coffee were available in the lobby. It was nice to relax before heading to the airport.
The door locks were tricky. It took a bit of practice to learn the correct way to use them. The room was also dark because there was only bedside lighting and no overhead lighting.

The staff offered a welcome drink upon arrival. They also carried my bags to my room. Personalized letters were left daily by the housekeeping staff. This was a very nice touch.

The hotel provided free tea and coffee in the lobby. This was a convenient amenity. The hotel is accessible to the tourist area. The tram and buses stop outside the hotel.

My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The room included a television on the wall. There was also an armoire in a square area that functioned as a dressing room. The hotel also offered a safe.

The lack of eating and drinking options INSIDE this place was absurd. I couldn't even bring in takeout or order room service. It felt more like an airbnb, but with LESS freedom. The room was also REALLY dark. The limited lighting. The breakfast selection wasn't great either, especially with no gluten-free choices.

There was no elevator. Guests must use the stairs.

the staff was very attentive. they provided local specials at the breakfast buffet each day. (it was a very nice touch!)
the hotel lacked an elevator. i found many stairs. eating and drinking inside of the hotel was not allowed, even takeout in the lounge.
